Research information on a current and/or emerging issue or trend developing in the community services industry.
Your topic should be one that you have a particular interest in. Some examples include areas such as:

Project
A. A self-reflection
Describe your experiences in your role including achievements and feedback received from clients, supervisor and colleagues. This should include legal and ethical requirements of the role.
B. Areas for improvement
Identify five areas for improvement, feedback/evaluation received, the support networks available and specialist advice and further training for each improvement area identified.
C. Challenges and additional support mechanisms
Current barriers or personal challenges, additional support and self-care to overcome challenges, methods of measuring progress to overcome challenges and barriers.
D. A self-development plan
Area of improvement, goals for each area of improvement, ways to achieve this goal, a timeframe for achieving this goal, ways to measure progress and a timeframe for review.
